28:59 I used the triple wave armour set to beat him. It makes your hyperstrikes place landmines that do fire, toxin and electricity damage over time, so I just stayed away until I needed to inflict them on him again.

The delayed trophy pops probably have to do with the fact that certain trophy requirements are only updated when the game saves.
