Since you said you'd like to focus more on Sacrifice Rooms. You get a guaranteed Redemption drop if you play the spikes there after entering a devil deal and refusing anything. Could be nice if you ever want to go angel, but also need more damage. Red chests count as deals too.

If anyone is wondering, Magic Skin is why he kept dying around the 2 hour mark. If you have 12 broken hearts and extra lives you’re revived to one heart and if you pick anything up it’ll kill you.

It was such a roller-coaster of emotions, from severe excitement to absolute sadness at the end, this run was legendary and deserves to be called the ultimate run. I was in pain for the whole time after you lost diplopia in the shop, but the moment you found R key again at the very end and with the last possible use of the magic skin was the top moment of the run for me (followed by the moment you found death certificate), so I'd say it was completely worth it. What a run, deserving of the title "Ultimate", the ups from finding that last R key and the downs from missing the Diplopia at 1:40:15 as well as the inability to take items. This Run was a masterpiece of Excitement and suspence, the last few minutes waiting with bated breath to see if he really pulls it off man what a run, and watching this at 1x speed was an experience and a half.

I think the only way to do a Full House Clear is with "School Bag" 2 "R keys" and a "? Card", with out relying on Mega Stan Blue Baby RNG void spawn or mods. Lamb - Victory Lap Hush - Delirium - "? Card" Mother - 1st "R Key" Blue Baby - Mega Stan - 2nd "R Key" during 2nd Phase, when he his skull is cracked (very start of the animation) and starts descending before the cutscene. Dogma - Beast - Final ending cutscene. Again all circumstantial of getting the RNG of the items above and having the skill to do it.

I tried and theorycraft a path to get all completion marks in one run, without V-laps (which disable adhievements) so that you could technically go from 0 to 10 completion marks in one run (Greed mode logically excluded). A few notes : 1. The easiest way is just to take tainted cain and craft R keys but let's say we don't want to do that 2. Ultimately it always comes down to Mega Satan's 50/50 on the Delirium portal so we want to do that as late as possible Basically what we need to get is : Starter Pack for the 2 card slots, D1, ? card and R Key. Then duplicate the ? card ; this gives us 4 runs which is all we need. Tough thing is getting those 4 items between Basement 1 and The Lamb/Blue Baby, and get a strong enough build quickly (technically, you can always hope to find another ? card later though). Then it's pretty simple : First run : Go for Mom's foot, do the Boss Rush, go for It lives, then Hush ; from there, go to Sheol/Cathedral, then to Chest/Dark Room ; fight Blue Baby/ The Lamb, then use your first ? card Second run : go for the alt path, kill Mother, use your second ? Card ; Third run : go for It Lives, take the Negative/Polaroid depending on what you got the first time, go down to fight Blue Baby/The Lamb, then go for Mega Satan ; then, it's down to the 50/50 coin flip ; if that goes your way, kill delirium then use your R key Fourth run : simply go for the Beast, which we want to do last as it is one of the few bosses that can force an ending on you I think that ought to do out, if anyone sees a flaw feel free to tell. I don't think it's the hardest challenge, specially if you simply get tainted cain, and considering sme bloody madmen already did a 30 chara unlock challenge, but that one can be done "legit" (without bugs or exploits)

The reason you kept dying from picking up items was because of your broken hearts. Heartbroken added three broken hearts while you already had nine-while you did revive with an extra red heart, you internally were meant at 12. I saw this covered in a video about Magic Skin. You could actually see this right before you used Genesis. You respawned with 12 broken hearts-effectively dead.

An hour way intothe video and Sin's looking back on the previous R key run and suprisingly no one mentioned the "? card". It's the most legitimate and non game-breaking way, although it does reqire quite a bit of luck........... If he mentions this later I apologize Also the Goat Head item only limits you to devil deals if you take it in a devil deal (unless you have 'act of contrition' or 'duality') . If you take it from a curse room or do a victory lap and skip the first devil deal angel deals can be taken.
