You are fu****g crazy. This is awesome and inspirating. I mean : i am a baker, doing pizza in 2 gozney roccbox. But I am most of all a french litlle guy who loves the craziest food from all over the world. And the community that meet around the gozney ovens is so inspiring. Use 1.5% weight of the meat to get the perfect amount of salt for the kebab.
