I hope you don’t experience what lots of people are having happen with the gas melting your dome wires. It has really bad insulation, you’d better use gas or use a ton of wood, oh wait you can’t it goes out! You sure the name isn’t Gozout? Ooooh come on that was a good one, don’t worry - your army of yakking affiliates will make up for it.

I love Roccbox and your amazing recipe suggestions! However, I always wonder how to best maintain a lower temperature. If I set Roccbox to its lowest setting for 20 minutes it will be at 350 rather than 200 C. How do you do that? Maybe by using another valve at the gas bottle to further reduce heat? Thanks for any comments

I was born in southwestern Arizona, about 60 miles from the border, have therefore been eating authentic Mexican cuisine all of my life, and those look incredibly delicious!!!🤤 I am really interested in trying coriander in the salsa too, as I’m not a big fan of cilantro…☺️❤️

Greetings! Coriander is actually synonymous with cilantro. In the UK, they call cilantro, coriander. But I think you can still try the salsa without the cilantro. I'm sure it's still delicious without.
