You’re a beast if you can do this for 3 sets at 71#. Had to drop the weight after the first set…totally smoked.

Agreed. I can do squats like that with 50, goblet style. If I’m going to rack each arm, then will need to reduce to 30 pounds each side. And even that is a challenge. For reference, I’m about 155, 5’ 10”, and 59 years old. Just trying to maintain and not lose any more strength at my age.

Hey Chandler! Great vid as always... I just got an EZ bar added to my arsenal... Do you think it's possible to have a kettlebell like flow approach using it? Kinda like a full body 20 minute workout? Could make a cool video too

Anchor Squats look like deadlifts in the middle of the video. Is it that an Anchor Squat is more leg drive vs hip drive? Like a Sumo Squat?
