A couple of months ago I lost my dog. He had been my friend for 14 years. Throughout those years I thought that if he would die some day, I would break down. And now when it happened I cried but felt an overwhelming feeling of gratitude in my heart. I think of him with a smile on my face imagining he would run in a meadow with other dogs. It was not at all the breakdown I expected, I only feel warmth in my heart thinking of him. I feel like I could let him go and he was happy I did. Then six weeks ago I lost my friend. She was disabled and chose to log out from this game by euthanasia. I was there when she passed. I didn't cry and felt this warmth in my heart again. Happy for her that her suffering had ended en she finally was free. Thankful for the time we spent together, I let her go and moved on with my life. It was beautiful in some way. People think I am tough, but that's not the case. It's like my heart took over in these situations. This is the first time I heard an explanation about this, so thank you for sharing!

This is how I would pair those emotions w/ chakras, but seems like maybe you would pair differently.. ? 1st chakra element = earth, associated w/ survival; distorted view --> fear (of ego malnourishment/death upon loss of control) 2nd chakra element = water, associated w/ desire; distorted view --> sadness (about some perceived lack) 3rd chakra element = fire, associated w/ will; distorted view --> anger (about obstacle to promise of future fulfillment)

Hi Aaron...i absolutely love your offerings and have been following you for years And always feel a full heart yes to your words! My daughter went to a pychic yesterday. And he told her that they will be two deaths in Nov and Dec. He said it would be a family member which sounds like me or my other children. I thought after i heard this that i had peace (Not in accepting it but with a faith in God ) but today i have felt petrified all day and im not wanting to plant a seed in this fear based way. To me, when I started to learn about oneness, it seemed so blatantly obvious. Like what other explanation is there? Yes there's so much diversity of existence...and there's degrees of separation, but there's no absolute separation. We don't have more than one existence. Even mainstream science will tell you everything started at a single point. My ego sometimes tries to get me to believe I'm this spiritual person that's so different from others that I can't relate to most people. That couldn't be further from the truth. I should be able to connect to people far more easily than ever before. There's common ground with every one.

Aaron i found you on “know thyself” and grew very fond of your ability to articulate the Essene gospel. I believe what you’re saying to have a lot of validity, exposing Paul and tradition Christian beliefs. I was shocked to see you use these teaching to make a profit with your 4D university. Sure we all got to eat and provide somehow, but to do it through the means of education and the vulnerability of peoples beliefs. It doesn’t feel right with what you teach. On the “know thyself” podcast you mentioned how God nor Jesus is found through the words of another man. But yet you’re putting yourself in the position to be that other man by profiting from these ideas. You really do seem to care and have a passion for what you believe to be the true teachings of Christ, I’m not saying this is a huge money scheme like most Christian establishments are. But i will say to me it doesn’t seem very far off. I’m curious on how you make this make sense in your own mind. No hate or condemnation towards you, peace be with you.

It's impossible to be a human and don't have an ego. I'm talking about the literal neutral sense of being an individual. Egotism is another thing it's an attitude and way of behaving. But egotism is only one expression of being identified with your egoic persona. One can be a total sweetheart and still being caught up in their ego, meaning no realisation of truth of their being. Usually the more mature a person is the less "ego" he has, because of wisdom and love. The more mature, the less identification with ego. A sense of individuality always remain at least as long as you're in a body.

I think you have the emotions the wrong way round. Lack is a survival issue and causes Fear. Root chakra is about fear. Then attachment loss causes sadness - not getting what you want.thats the chakra of craving and aversion. Then not having control over the external causes anger. That’s the third chakra which is more aggressive and can dominate or be powerless when out of balance.

Yes, I was not trying to refer to the emotions generated by each chakra, but what each chakra represents when blocked: Root: Lack Sacral: Attachments Solar Plexus: Control Emotions only signal which one of these beliefs are at play. They do not represent individual chakras. Negative emotions are always a blend of each of the three lower chakras in different balances, as each chakra adds its own unique dimension. No single chakra on its own is responsible for creating any single emotion. They work more like a piano which can play many combinations of notes to elicit many different feelings. What a fascinating thing emotions are!

I agree that there are many people in power that screw us over, but “suffering” is a psychological state of being which is completely in our individual control. How we feel and how much we suffer completely depends on what story we’re telling ourselves in our mind, not what actually is happening in reality. That’s why we can be rich and famous having access to safety and endless pleasure, but still k*ll ourselves from the story of lack and misery in our mind. Once we take responsibility for our state of being and learn how to master it, there we will find inner peace and bliss. We become untouchable. 🙃
