I like to use the max upgraded hrg scorcher and dragonsblaze. The scorcher with upgrades can be pretty good at killing big zeds, the blaze being great at killing the trash. And since you have place left you can upgrade the blaze once which leaves you with 1 weight for a medic pistol. That loadout makes the firebug my favorite perk by far.

My favourite thing about the Dragon's Breath is that you can basically melt any boss that ragdolls, like Hans Volter, by just shooting through them and burning the ground they are on in the process

Dragonsblaze + Husk Cannon works best IMO, with skills configured LRLLL. The shotgun is good for cc and anything below a Scrake. Spam fire husk cannon on big zeds once they get close. The alt fire on dragonsblaze is perfect when you dont have a good chokepoint to work with. Honestly, dragonsblaze probably works a little too well, especially with 20+35% bonus damage.

Flamethrower ground fire needs you to shoot at the ground for a while, dragon's breath instantly create stacks of ground fire enough to melt a husk in HoE

I used a mid level Berserker with a Battleaxe and Nail Gun to get to wave 66 in Zed Landing on Normal. I was level 18 when I started and 22 when I let them kill me. It took about 2h45m

agree with majority of this, Thermite Bore on the other hand doesn't feel great, at least from a lower-level firebug player. It is super slow and clunky weapon to use in difficult situations. not sure if there is a trick to this or if its just another trash clear weapon.

Thermite bore is really good with the floor fire perk as it leaves floor fire every time you fire

@@jackiechan3932 ok, so just another trash clear weapon. people made it seem like a fleshpound killer. def not the case.. at least in my experience. but i am also not level 25 yet.. so can't unload unlimited shots either.

@@crispb it’s more about the ground fire, it does a lot of damage and you get some good perks as you level up

it's just a seal squeal with fire damage, it's a good weapon but I don't think it needs a nerf. They just have to slightly improve other weapons like the husk canon and microwave gun, to make them more competent so thermite bore won't be your best option for everything. Helios rifle it's pretty good and don't need a nerf.

This guy is fucking high. Spitfires are not A tier. It's closer to C tier...B if we're being super generous. Dragons breath is damn sure not S tier. You gotta be kidding me! That thing is garbo. It's so damn slow, direct damage isn't great, and if you wanna make fire puddles, caulk and flamethrower are the go-to. Mac10 is B tier. No higher, no lower. The whole zed time usage is part of what makes it so great because of how many rounds it can put down range and it ignites. Plus it actually procs zed time (fire puddles do not proc zed time). Scorcher as A tier is the first one you got right. Great weapon. Flamethrower C tier?! OK I'm done here. This guy is higher than I am and I don't know how that's even phsyically possible. When someone says an S tier weapons is C tier, that's the end of the video for me. Go watch someone who knows what they're talking about.
