I love Paul Marsh. Still think overlanders should move away from the double cab 79 and back to the 78 troopy. If you're really economizing on space you can't beat a pop top van body with everything contained within. It's neater, more efficient, more comfortable and simpler.

Indeed, the Troopy is hard to beat as the best all-rounder.

Why convert a 4 seater LC into a 2 seater, when a 2 seater is already available? Surely this is loosing space and complicating installations.

@7.10 the golden comment regarding quality. No different to any part of the world, regardless where something is made. People get sucked into brand name only to find quality sometimes isn't there. Sometimes paying more for bespoke items and the ability to work with the person creating a product that you need has to be worth something.
