Hey, I really appreciate your criticism and understand your frustration, I welcome it but I think I should clarify some things. Firstly, I have ADHD. What this means is that once things no longer interest me I do not have the dopamine levels to actually do it.Dopamine neurotransmitters are responsible for executive function command in the brain. So literally everything that you do from eating, walking, happiness, sadness, focus etc etc.So No matter how detrimental it can be for my life/career the normal rationale won't work, so I simply can't just "do it".Time alone here in Thailand has helped me identify where exactly my ADHD cycle kicked in with my KZbin channel and I discovered it was right after my Yiddish video 2 years ago. I would try to sit down at my desk in Manhattan to study the next language for the channel but could NOT focus and would enter into a manic state where I would walk around Chelsea Manhattan near my old apartment for 3-4 hrs at a time. (my body's attempt to increase dopamine) This is a very big issue with people who have this mental disorder. We have the reputation of never completing what we first started. Taking pharmaceutical medication is not an avenue I wish to take for personal reasons and admittedly from horror stories I've heard.But I have made drastic changes to my overall lifestyle and diet choices in an attempt to mitigate symptoms and even fully eradicate it. Those of which all have been scientifically proven to improve dopamine production in the brain. I'm not giving up this fight. Which is why I still post every now and then but I'm just doing what I do best. Following my new interests until I become massively successful in it. Viewing beyond a myopic lens, I've never failed and have only increased in value each time these cyclical "ADHD ruts" would arise. The hardest part of having this disorder is enduring it until I catch my next break as well as my family having to endure it as well. Thankfully, The next area of interest is something that is a solid base that is seemingly ADHD proof I believe. Let's see. Thanks again and I'm working on myself. Love you all for tough love and I believe I have the best online supporters in the world 🙏🏾
