Love doing the pulses at the end of the leg extensions really is a leg burner and drives the blood right to the quads. Almost can’t walk after finishing sets! Thanks for the great videos! Really happy to see you making videos more often, started following you years ago when you worked out with CT Fletcher! ISYMFS! Love your shoulder workouts too! My favorite body part to work other than legs lol😂. Don’t stop making videos !!!!

You should not be asking some KZbin influencer for advice on modifications in relation to your specific needs- ideally consult a professional who has the studies and qualifications to be able to advise you properly unlike some influencer

Man, I brag about you to ppl who "want to workout" or not sure on "HOW" they should workout; YOU AND C.T.! So, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!! But, apologies for the stupid question - can u explain what's the difference between a "hi bar" vs "low bar" when you were talking about the squats? U Da Bomb!

Dana you need a pair of Nike Metcon or suitable shoes 👟 for lifting... Nike air are no good for heavy leg training I'm big Nike fan just hoping you would take my advice to help prevent injury 😊

I LOVE your upper body workouts, but the lower sessions are overkill. I wouldn't recommend doing weighted jump squats directly before or after a heavy squat movement. It's counterintuitive and your form will be compromised. I get it, volume, but you have to be a little smarter, especially if you want your joints and tendons to hold up.
