I got two things from you so far: the pedal toppers (the round ones JohnUK is pimping don't work unless you step right on top of them), which I'll get soon, and that Boomerang stand mount. Holy moly. Also, it's crazy how many of us looping people arrive at the same solutions for stuff. I enjoy and appreciate these. Nice work, man.

John is actually promoting these as well, I don't think they were available until recently Live looping is similar to building an entirely new instrument, it makes sense that we would arrive at a "industry standard" at some point It's also a lot of work putting together these rigs for each show. Anything that saves time finds its way on my set up lol

I’ve been following you for a couple of years and seen how your pedalboards have evolved and it’s amazing, i definitely get ideas from this to build my pedalboard, (I also gig live). Thanks for sharing!

@@kevinsingssongs we are together in this hahaha my pedalboard has exponentially grown as well, not as much as yours but they naturally do! “In the pursuit of workflow” (not tone) in this case haha

@@kevinsingssongs I think it’s awesome that you took time to do this! It answered questions that I’m not even at the point of asking yet.. but I’m saving this video so when I get to that point I’ll come back to this one for the answers! you and Matt Bolton are both very inspiring to me and at 60 years old I know I’m probably not gonna get to where you guys are at… but I’m sure having fun trying anyway!! Thanks again!!

Kevin. Are you still using the Flow 8 mixer? I don’t see it on your board …and how were you using it with the RC?

I'm a long time boomerang user and never even saw those mic stands! Did Boomerang discontinue them? Link is broken. 😢

This set up is so cool and mind blowing. I'd love to copy something like this for myself, but MIDI itself seems insanely complex; and I dont know the first thing about it; I'd love to be able to figure out how to set up within a tempo, a drum loop, guitar loop, tap tempos for delays , trems etc; all within 1 tempo seemlessly; but I think thats going to take a whole nother level of education for my lack of midi understanding. I love artists like Tash, and would love to do something like that on my own; but I imagine, im going to need an educational video on how to program midi to do what you do. If that is something you dont mind explaining; i'd love to see and understand your take on it; but if you know of other videos whom do a great job of explaining that piece; please feel free to send that my way (only if you have time of course). Appreciate you showing us this set up. it is so cool!

nice that paning on the ve500 is a great idea! whats the device that runs the live stream?
@kevinsingssongs4 ай бұрын
you can live stream out of most USB class compliant devices On this board, the CQ 12 mixer has a USB output that send to my phone I was able to do the same on my last pedal board with the Behringer flow8. you can actually live stream over the USB port on the RC 600 as well

Great video, nerding out on this kind of setup is inspiring ! Quick question, I’ve been looking in to the A&H cq12t and you mentioned that you livestream to your phone from the usb, can you tell if all of the inputs and outputs are available on an iOS device ? I’ve been researching so much and can’t find an answer, thanks for your time
@kevinsingssongs4 ай бұрын
Yes and yes it simply streams the master output
@lukeanthony87554 ай бұрын
@@kevinsingssongs just to clarify, is it just the master stereo out or all the individual input and output channels ? Thanks again for the reply
@kevinsingssongs4 ай бұрын
@lukeanthony8755 the stereo master channel, there may be an option to change it, I just have not because the setting works for me
