Love this guy for asking questions and clarifying his (and our) understanding of the movements

Knowledgeable, articulate, and caring trainer - a rarity.

i like this guy he is really paying attention and trying to master the movements. some of the people are just doing any damn thing and not REALLY locking in and paying attention to detail. you can tell he wants to perfect it and get the most from it

Been training for years, I tried this concept of falling away and focusing on rolling my scapulas back, that was Monday, still feeling it, good content for sure

That analogy of pressing with dumbbells pretending that there is a cable attached on the eccentric really changed how I feel that movement. Genius level shit Mike.

Since starting to watch Mike and learning how to actually move properly instead of trying to ego lift a stupid amount of weight, I've made so much progress.

It wasn’t mike that threatened the guy asking the questions, but his friend.

Hey man, leave Mike alone. Mike is a genuine dude. Wtf is wrong with you? Mike didn't threaten nobody, in fact.......he was polite the entire time. Politeness is not weakness! Why are you even bringing up old shit that has nothing to do with anything? WTF?
