Do a JC Denton build: corpo, rasetsu (man i wish it stayed silent), pariah, gris-gris, or ambition, electric baton, p.l.s. Bd/rf/tc/it/cl = 15/10/20/16/20. As far as the 79-80 perk points youre taking the tech major ones including bolt perks from tech plus doomlauncher, cool taking the major plus the slow time perks and reload perks, int only the major ones to blood daemon, body ur taking major perks for adrenaline and wrecking ball plus the +damage and increased health regen for missing health % perk and refelx for dash. Distribute remainder perks as you see fit. Usually do take the bd/tc/it car perks as well but they arent completely necessary i suppose You got the sniper and the pistol and ammo types, the prod and the GEP all in there baby

Nice story but can this happen in the actual game? And not to mention Adam Smasher is hardly Human any more and yet no Cyberpsycho.

it is because all maxtac officer are former cyberpsychos. That's not a supposition, it's a fact, for exemple there's the cyberpsycho attack in the clothe market event where you can see the psycho from the 2013 trailer as a member of the maxtac crew that come to the fight. Also Smasher is indeed a cyberpsycho, but his psychopathy make him what arasaka call a "functionnal cyberpsycho" that doesn't need the intensive rewriting program that is need for regular cyberpsycho mentionned in the video due to his emotional proof nature. Speaking of that, the famous "experimental therapy" chain quest where you arrest cyberpsychos alive, is probably an hiden program of the maxtac recruitment department. V is also considered to be falling in that category of functional psychos because of the chip healing properties that prevent him to suffer the psychosis at it full extent.
