Having only just found you on KZbin, I am very quickly making my way through your videos. Firstly, I LOVE your channel. Informative, educational, hilarious and entertaining, with a really laid back take on things. Ive been a huge foodie since being in my early teens, having been raised on a huge variety of foods, from Malayan, Indian, Mediterranean, Mexican, to good old British classics. Unfortunately, I have an illness that has put a stop to my days of conventional eating and I'm now artificially fed via a line into my heart. It has never taken away my passion for food and I adore the fact I've been able to raise my own children on some foods that aren't necessarily common to the UK. However they're all grown up now and off doing their own thing, so I don't get to cook like I used to but I still get alot of enjoyment from watching foodie friendly videos, however most of them are quite repetitive and stick to 'safe' foods. I'd like to thank you personally for re-lighting my foodie fire; I literally can't stop watching your videos. I love your 'no frills', back to basics take on eating and entertainment and the way you get across a real feel for the way people live in different parts of the world. I mean seriously folks, how many videos have you seen that have combination of i) people climbing coconut tree like it's nothing ii) open up a coconut like it's a soft skin fruit iii) citrus fruit treat a fish before it gets DEEEEEP FRIED. That fish tastes awesome too, you can eat the tail and fin as it's really crispy, it's like a kettle cooked potato chip.
