It is a pain in the ass to change the preset cars. It is possible only with hex editor and you have no hex codes for all cars with their setting. So you can only exchange preset cars we have. Even changing ingame videos is more possible

Story time: I was struggling to beat no. 11 on the Blacklist with the maxed out Golf, so I took my starter Punto out and won both races by over half a kilometer. Golf has strange handling, it cannot decide between understeer, and uncontrollable oversteer.
