No, the "goal", if there was a "goal", is to let content creators know that if they are providing something of substance that there's no need dress it up in crap to sell it. If the creator has content of quality then the quality of the content should speak for itself. Maybe make a part 2, giving us 5 levels of polyrhythms, including basic, advanced, 3/4/5 polyrhythms (ex. 2:3:5, 3:5:7, 5:6:8, etc.) and alternating polyrhythms. Quite the advanced study, me ‘old chap!

Great stuff, just became aware of your new channel. Back in the 90's, when I was playing metal almost exclusively, I took pride in being able to play Master of Puppets using mostly down strokes. That intro was brutal! Of course there were sections where I had to alternate.

This has been very helpful for me! I sucked at rhythm, last week (first time), I failed at level 5. Now I can do all the way just past 6 consistently and even sometimes get Syncopation down. I can do level 8 too but no skipping and I sometimes fail at 6.😂 I’ve improved pretty quickly with this. Went from no rhythm to pretty decent

Looks like a good excercise for getting your head around syncopation/ note values. Really though the best way to build rhythm chops (in my oppion) is to pick songs you like that you think sound hard to play, and learn them. Even if if you gotta start at half speed and build your way up. Might as well have fun while learning insead of just playing an excercise
