I'm one of those poor sots for whom cilantro tastes like soap, so I'll hafta try tearing some basil leaves to toss over the top, or maybe some parsley flakes.

No worries, it tastes like that to all of us. Some of us just like eating soap 😁 I would go with either green onion or fresh parsley instead of the cilantro.

That looks amazing and I need it in my life. I need to get a pizza steel. I have a pizza stone but I keep seeing that steels make better pizzas. I have that exact peel too lol Keep these coming! Recipe request: a garlic aioli maybe? There's so many recipes out there I have no idea where to start aside from dump some mayo and garlic in a bowl and mix?

I make a mean lemon garlic aioli that I love with a grilled artichoke. That is some jarlic, a few drops of lemon juice and mayo.

I make a ton of pizza and like to mess around. I've made a texmex style a couple of times and used Chunky Pace as the sauce. Its pretty good.

That pizza looks amazing Bill. I’ve been wanting to make different kinds of pizza than the norm for awhile and this is right up there. I think you should try and make a Numero Uno pizza next. There’s something about that slightly sweet dough but no one has figured the recipe out. Some say to use a ton of brown sugar in it but I’m wondering could it be corn syrup. Anyways another great video Bill.

I have been sitting on the Numero Uno pizza for quite a while now. I have the recipe you know... it's really simple actually. I'll go ahead and make that soon. I haven't made one in over a year now... that is a shame! Thanks for the suggestion!

@@howtocooke It’s one of my favorite pizza from back home and I think the last of them are in LA. I heard BJ’s pizza taste similar but it’s been years since I’ve had a pie from them.

I never saw schnitzel pizza in Germany, but there is an "Alabama Slammer" pizza from a restaurant called Cheers. The crust, sauce and cheese are "traditional American" style, the toppings are ground beef, chicken, bacon, and pepperoni (which Germans call 'spicy salami' - they call pepperoncinis 'pepperonis') with swirls or ranch dressing and bbq sauce on top of the cheese and toppings.

That sounds pretty crazy! I guess we know what they think of americans...
