I needed a short tripod to hold my 5 pound Nikon F5 and prime lenses for ground level shots. This tripod looks like the one for me, because of your very in depth video. peace from Manhattan

Great review Mario, thank you, just what I'm looking for. Do you know if it's possible to take off the red quick release from the ball head? I already use some Manfrotto Move QR plates for other set ups, and it looks like they're quite a bit wider than the iFootage one. It would be ideal to put one on this tripod.
