He pulls a sickle out of his chest as he casually flips it in his hands walking forward like it's just another day at work. 😅 The ghostly whispering voice. Best version by far. I just wish he was more prominent in the story.

My favorite thing about the classic skin in mk9 is that if you chose that and classic smoke as your partner in tag battles, Noobs shadow would be smoke instead. Always loved that little detail

Over the years I've come to dislike Noob's Deception costume. Mainly because of the skin. He should always always be completely pitch black, giving him a skin color removes the mystery and undead factor. Luckily his alternate is way better.

I actually love his Deception design to be honest. Pitch-black skin should be the norm, but I think the more human-like design actually works so well. It also dehumanizes Smoke further in comparison, showing the power imbalance between the two.

I think it clashes with Deception's tone and looks a bit silly especially next to Noob, not as cool as the other cyborgs in 3D. I'm one of the ten fans of his sentient smoke cloud alternate design though. I wish I could use that costume alongside human Noob. Unrelated but was the Cyber Sub-Zero/Noob fight in MK9 a reference to Noob/Smoke? Hmmmmmm. 🤔

I'm here after the story expansion to tell you that...the story expansion sucked. You get some pretty cool skins from it, but the reason I'm here is to explain the green. When turned into Noob Saibot, Bi-Han was corrupted by chaos magic (which is represented in a greenish color). There is an alternative skin that brings back the purple, but you gotta do some grinding to get it. Don't know if this helped, but I'm leaving this here👍

My theory for why they chose Kano for MK3 Noob is because his outfit is the most similar to the older male Ninja vest, and being bald can give the illusion of a ninja hood when it's all silhouetted anyway. I really like MK11 Noob, it gives him kind of a ghostly look which not only fits his lore but also parallels him to Scorpion in a way. And the sickle weapon was a nice touch as well. I'm looking forward to seeing MK1 Noob in action, his design is neat so far.

23:11 im nit entirely sure but i figured it has something to do with the soulnado from mk9. It could also explain why his portals are green as well. For me, the best two looking skins is the mk9 default, and mk11 11 default. Mk11 skin moves away from the ninja look and more of a grim reaper look which suits the character story wise. To have him go from being a ninja to being a grim reaper that replaces the netherrealm hellspawn Scorpion, when hanzo reclaimed his soul, makes sense. Best looking ninja fit for noob is mk9, best looking skin story wise is mk11 skin.
