🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🥊 *Introduction and overview of equipment for speed, coordination, and reflexes,* - Jump rope for improving speed, coordination, and footwork; portable and affordable. - Slip line for head movement and footwork, easy to set up but not ideal for Muay Thai. - Slip ball for practicing head movements without dipping. - Reflex ball for hand-eye coordination and portability. - Reflex/spar bar for defense and head movement; requires some setup. 02:20 🥊 *Equipment for hand-eye coordination continued,* - Double end bag for working on head and eye coordination; versatile and easy to set up. - Speed bag for excellent hand-eye coordination; can be loud and requires mounting. - Cobra bag as a hybrid between spar bar and double-ended bag; great for defense but expensive. 06:33 🥊 *Equipment for conditioning,* - Running shoes for explosive training, endurance, and mental strength. - Heavy ropes for shoulder conditioning but less portable and tough on toes. - Egg weights/hand weights for conditioning and hand speed. - Resistance bands for various exercises; versatile and portable. - Ankle weights for shadow boxing and conditioning. - Yoga mat for HIIT and stretching; portable and useful for outdoor workouts. - Slam ball for overall strength and core conditioning. - Pull-up bar for back, biceps, and grip strength. 11:15 🥊 *Miscellaneous items for training,* - Cell phone for timers, music, recording, and note-taking during workouts. - Tripod for stable recording during training sessions. - Visual target (e.g., backpack or water bottle) for visualizing strikes during shadowboxing. Stay calm, relax, and be comfortable while defending. Practice defensive drills with a partner or while shadow boxing!

Should i get all these bags?

That would be a waste of money, you don't need them all. A heavy bag is a must at least, or the free standing bag. Attending a gym that has all these different bags is the best option if available to you.
