Yes you are correct! They have included some Turkish items on their menu too but mostly it is Persian

The sausages used in the omelette are Iranian cocktail sausages it's different from Turkish sausages. Omelette originated in Iran, plus your entire so-called Turkish cuisine has a very heavy Iranian influence.
