You know, I found sth different in Iran compared with turkey, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt... all these countries spent huge money on tourism and built lots of facilities and even historical lies but Iran is attractive without all of such lies. I found roots of honesty and pure real history in Iran. Love Iran from Italy 🇮🇹

Yes. For example almost more than half of culture in Turkey comes from Persian and Arabic culture, they call “Rumi” a Turk poet but they can’t read its poems because its poems are in Persian, I found almost everything in Turkey is like that.

Mark, you guessed that right. The ceiling was covered in Turquoise stones. Mr. Taster was right there is a small town near Neishabour that has the only major Turquoise mine the world. The French got a hold of these stones and wrongly named it Turquoise thinking that it came from Turkey. Turkey has no turquoise mines. The stone is called "Firoozeh" in Persian and in my opinion that is what it should be called in English too.

Date omelet is a traditional omelet in Isfahan and I love it. You should try to reduce the sweetness with bread and eggs. It's best with fresh Rotab dates... Those hollow structures on the ceilings, specially in the last dining room is for echoing music for Iranian instruments like Tar, Setar, and Kamancheh.
