Na, i think Jiren would wipe Broly pretty easily. Brolys powerful and has potential, but hes just too slow. Gogeta beat his ass pretty easily and UI is a more powerful power up than fusion is but thats another topic. It’s literally a technique used by Angels to evade any attack effortlessly while delivering a critical attack just as fast and effortlessly. Even gods struggle to use it. I know it’s perceived that Broly gets stronger as the fight goes on kinda like the hulk, but i dont really think it works like that. He got stronger as the fights went on yea, but theres still limitations to how strong he gets and how quick he gets it. If he going against someone whos just that much more powerful like gogeta or jiren and they take it serious from the jump, brolys done. Even when gogeta first started fighting him he wasnt even serious at first he kind of toyed with him and still Broly couldnt clean that gap. And this is coming from someone who has broly as his wallpaper on his phone. But yea i think his speed is what kills him.

MUI Goku actually wasn't "stronger". His form was faster and it allowed him to stay clear from Jiren's attacks and to land more hits which eventually wore Jiren down and ended in his defeat. But if you watch their fight when both are at absolute full power, Jiren is clearly overpowering Goku every time they actually clash. He overpowered his MUI kamehameha with a ki blast from one hand. His raw strength and power were far beyond Goku's and likely above any destroyer in the series just like Whis suspected.

And even more so it is such a plot hole to me how Goku was able to go from finally being able to tap into the UI omen power into the white haired "mastered" form in the span of about 30 minutes, when it was said god's have spent millennia trying to achieve the same thing, and Goku does it within the time span of an episode of The Simpsons...just doesn't sit right.

Its like bodybuilding/weightlifting. If you stick to a set of weights, you won't get as strong or as buff as you could if you incrementally increased them. The opponents that goku and vegeta faced, which is most of the time just themselves, are familiar weights at this point. They needed to lift heavier weights, ie, other universe fighters. Calling it plot armor is not proper critique, observation, and analysis. Literally every character in fiction has plot armor, its what makes fiction "fiction". A character survives something because the plot demands, because the narrative demands it. What you are referring to is a deus-ex, not plot armor. But is it really deus ex in this context? Apart from the weightlifting analogy, zenkaj boosts have been established in canon, so what better way for siayans to get zenkais than to face the multiverse's strongest. We see it proven too seeing how the three u6 saiyans achieved ssj2 and the berserker one tapping into her berserker form.

Jiren became a Singularity because of rage and suffering, a lifetime of the experiences Goku tried to prevent in his universe. Jiren was literally the polar opposite of Goku in terms of life experiences. Jiren never got to bring ANYONE he lost back to life, all he had was burden of the memories of his own futile efforts to push him forward. A powerful fighter with a powerful history.

Jiren is stronger than Belmond not Beerus, in the manga the battle of the gods you could see that Belmond is one of the weak gods because they were ordered to fight at one hundred percent but he pretended to be knocked out and just laid there. When the angels healed their gods, Belmond told his angel that he's fine and doesn't need to be healed showing that he's not that strong
