This is so good because this is *exactly* the character I was struggling to figure out. That the shurikens travel to the crosshair when recalled was not clearly explained in the game's explainer, imo. She felt under-tuned, but this makes it clear I just need to get better at using her kit.

She’s still a little under tuned. Her dash needs to do more dmg. Just feels like a small poke. There’s needs to be more synergy for her moves. Right now she feels boring, compared to say: Black Panther, who’s the real genji. EDIT: Nvm, She’s cracked.

If I can add something on all of this it's that be carefull your footsteps can still be heard by ennemies when your invisible. Great video by the way, I really love the character too because of the genji style she has on her gameplay ^^

The reason why (at least I thinnk) other guides tell you to stealth before ulting is that you can still take damage within the first frame of her ult starting

I was going for the punisher cause he just melts but when i got to psylocke i did not even considered her to be my main i main sombra all the way to grandmaster and psylocke just takes the cake with a mix of genji in there. OH AND THE ULTIMATE just a beaut.

I am trying to figure out how she is hardest when she feels easy like I haven't played shooter in years so she one of the few I can play good. I think u can use right click as animation cancel. About the ult do you know if it hits vertically elevated targets. Like above the steps. Another things against a loosing fight u might want to get into cover and dash upwards and get some extra hits in from above, most people don't look upwards especially if it's not a flying char.

she is one of the most difficult in the game, but the entire game is relatively baby mode. Like half of the characters aim for you or have a Q that just wipes people. So it isn’t saying much. Spider-Man is like the only character where I can say “wow okay this dude requires some technique” lol

Psylocke is just one of those characters you get frustrated playing as because the enemies play DPS picks like Scarlet Witch, Punisher or Moonknight (all who are way easier to use). At the same time she feels like a challenge, trying to figure out how to play against each character while gradually getting better at her. When you pop off with her though, its the best feeling in the world. 🦦

I really wish I could get this skin, but I'm not good on money right now--not since my diagnosis--and I would find it difficult to support $20 skin pricing even if I was. I probably bend the knee for this though; she was always one of my favorite characters, and I love her design.

When you dash, your shurikens get sent to the place you used fired them at then returned to you. You can one hit combo most supports and dps by using left click, right click, and then dashing straight through the enemy. The shurikens do damage when they first hit and then you pull them back through the enemy on return after you dash back through

Any shurikens that hit the enemy will do damage on return anyway, even without dashing past them. they do just a tiny bit more then two autos when all hit and are recalled. if everything is hit most enemies will die to aa + throw+ aa + retract, dash can be a closer to finish incase of less then perfect accuracy. her melee is also about as strong as a single auto so its not bad if the dash alone doesn't finish them.

But it should also be noted its better to keep your shuriken's unretracted if fighting another Psylocke for example, as they will break her invisibility on retract.

I think what it means by “hardest” is that she has a specific playstyle that you can’t deviate from if you want to succeed. the moment i tried he for the first time i got mvp 3 times in a row, and i think its just because her playstyle was already the playstyle i was playing other characters with. Definitely my favorite out of all of them, the guide had a few helpful tips that i’ll definitely put to good use 👍

its not, its basically the same as a hitting all 4 parts of one of her autos. great way to guarantee finishing off an enemy thats low at close range when low on ammo or just hard to hit. EDIT: to add to this, melee in this game is actually very viable on many characters. sure its not gunna out dps your main damage, but take doctor strange for example, way better to use whip to hit 2-3 of the enemy diving on you then just hit part of your main auto on 1.

I think for a certain type of player she's super easy to manage. But if you haven't played a twitchy fast character she can be pretty tough to use. Plus her health is like wet toilet paper lol.

It is hard for players who have played only pubg or cs. I have played a game (not famous) Bloodhunt Masquerade, which has vampires with powers, climbing through walls, playing using different levels and it was easy for me to use her.

shes easy to just exist and hold left click, but that's different from being effective. An assassin needs to be getting picks to be effective, not just dumping damage. If you wanna be a damage dump you go play punisher. that's why he gets a 1 star rating. He dosent need to be getting picks to be effective, just dumping damage in a choke to stop the push. even if you arnt getting full picks, keeping pressure, forcing luna to hold her ult for yours, not allowing enemy flankers to get to your own backline, are all jobs of the assassin. basically x5 jobs for x5 difficulty. where punisher has 1, shoot at front line and force healers to perma heal vanguard. of course you can still be better then that at punisher, but hes still effective doing just that.

You also cant expect much of any heals on psy unless you have a luna, youll be flanking mostly and that means needing to heal yourself through healthpacks to maintain pressure on their backline.
