This video took us so long to edit, about 3 weeks. Whew... thank you all for being patient with us. This whole trip driving from the east coast to the west coast was not a walk in the park. Also, you will see in the coming weeks what we've been up to and where we are living. How come no one told us it would be super hard to find a place to rent now a days. Wow! We love you all and thank you again! A+B

Road tripping across the country is fun. You get to see amazing and wondrous places and meet some sweet people along the way. But it also can be taxing on your mental and physical health. I am glad you both had the opportunity to experience this trip. Adam, push Bernardo to get a driver’s license. I think the drive would’ve been easier if you both took turns driving. Love you both! 💙💙
@Stepsof2Foreigners2 жыл бұрын
It was also taxing for our pockets with all the hotels we had to stay in and also with the gas prices. 😅 Yeah, now that we're sort of settled, getting an American driver's license is going to be Bernardo's priority. Thanks so much for watching the video! Lots of love your way!! 💙💙
@amitlal3102 жыл бұрын
Yes, lol. The expenses of driving across the country is definitely taxing, especially when our country is going through inflation right now. I tend to categorize that portion in the mental health area because the price of things can create anxiety and stress. I’m glad to hear you both are getting settled in and making it a priority for Bernardo to get his driver’s license. :)

That was beautiful, the box home in Montana, what a view. U trailed along the Greenbelt of America which is nice. Try it again in a minivan with two drivers US certified drivers, lol. Take a makeshift bed, a single mattress of foam. I drove from Toronto to Vancouver and back. Brought my bike too. I remove the seats, the second and third row from my Ford Windstar van, it was relatively brand new. Beautiful smooth ride because of the long wheelbase. The new minivans have seats that can go totally flat and then you have a huge cargo space. I know everybody loves SUVs but minivans are so much more practical. Particularly if you two get into nesting and furnishing and renovating, way smarter lol.

Hey, you guys crack me up! I loved watching this video. My husband and I are visiting family for the next few weeks. We live in Puerto Vallarta Mexico but will be on Anderson Island, WA this week. You should take the ferry over for the day and hang out. 😎

I cried when my husband and I left our apartment in Paris after 10yrs to come back to the States. COVID was just starting and we have/had elderly family that we were afraid we'd never see again if we got stuck and couldn't travel back and forth. Thankful in the end we did, but Paris will always be our home. Shipped everything home and did a cross Atlantic cruise then 12 day drive to Los Angeles. I know how you feel, but grateful that I did it with the man I trust, rely and love by my side. Can't wait for your new adventures..🌈❤️🌈❤️

Hi Guys, Kevin here from "steps' family. LOve this so much. The haunted house, with all that creaking, was great. I have driven from Calif to Michigan and back, twice! So, I know how you feel. Lots of hugs to you both. Cheers

Great video guys!! But in Minneapolis you missed the Stone Arch Bridge - it was the next bridge downstream from the one you were looking at. At 11:49 you can see it under the middle span. And if you come back in January I bet Bernardo doesn't say 9 and a half!!

You guys came to Minneapolis, MN. So close to me, I’m right outside the city 20mins. Hope you enjoyed the scenery of the city. And the Stone Arch bridge is fun 💜 Thanks for updating us on your travels & move 😁

So glad you made it safely to your destination. That’s a long, tiresome drive for one person. At least you got to see the sites. By now 🤞, I hope you’ve found a place to live. We’ll have to wait and see. Till then, much love ❤️

Dudes, you were right in my backyard. Could have given you a sweet deal in my Airbnb mancave, located south of the Badlands, then gone on to the Black Hills and saved yourself the time from backtracking from Hot Springs. That trip from Rapid City to Billings is a long one. The Black Hills are a favorite tourist destination. Road tripping can be fun, but exhausting at the same time. Great video editing.

With all your moves, what do you do with all your belongings? Do you sell and get new each time you find a new place? Great video. I missed the blooper reel. Looking forward to your next video

I've always wanted to drive cross country. Doing something just like this, stopping at certain areas for a few days. I liked that this video seems more realistic than the others I've watched. Showing that it's not all fun but it can be very tiring as well.
