@@blakeanderson5011 it's not hot like raw garlic. It really doesn't taste like garlic at all. You can just eat it and it has a rich, dark sweetness about it. It's very complex and savory too. It also just spreads into a paste. If raw garlic is a ten, sauteed garlic is a five, roasted garlic is 3, black garlic is a 1. I mostly put it in vinaigrettes.
