I love my platforms but they are super high maintenance. I have 5 inch demonia platforms and would only recommend wearing them to smaller fests and shows. Also to get a size closer to ur foot size. Im a 7.5 and ordered an 8. You have to wear a couple thick socks to make sure ur foot doesnt slide around or else you’ll get bad blisters like i did at CRSSDfest. Demonia insoles do not have cushion at all so you have to get insoles or your feet will hurt. Break them in all long as you can before a fest. Id recommend at least a month before. If you really want to increase your comfort, go for a flat sole, as the ones with heels are more uncomfortable and harder to walk in. Always have a buddy to hold onto. Dancing is possible, but i needed to take a lot of breaks not to die out. If you want to shuffle, i dont recommend platforms. With all that being said, i love being able to tower over everyone, i walk with more confidence and it is indeed a mood. Tip: i always get a locker and bring comfy shoes to change into after ive gotten my festival photos 😂

Quyen Huynh this is super helpful thank you! I was thinking about getting a pair for ezoo but a lot of the grounds are grass and I feel like platforms would be better on pavement. One day I’ll try a pair!

My YRU platform sneakers are my very favorite for festivals. I've worn them to club venues, EDC, and in the sandy at the Das Energi beach stage, and they've been fine for all different ground surfaces. They're not as heavy as you'd think either. The platform is some kind of foam so I can still easily dance and jump around, but I am not a shuffler so I can't speak to that. Mine have a 3 or 4 inch platform and the extra height definitely helps too.

I've got a pair of YRU Matrixx sneakers (extreme platform sneakers) and I find them very comfy! They're made of very light springy foam, so they aren't heavy, considering the size. I wore them to EDC, and have had no problems bouncing around all night at faster tempos - such as drum and bass. I prefer them with a pair of Dr. Scholl's gel insoles. Not all YRU shoes are this comfy, but the Matrixx is so cute and adds a ton of height if you want a better view at a show. I probably wouldn't shuffle in them, but regular dancing, walking & jumping is easy.

I have worn both 5” and 5.5” demonia platforms to multiple festivals including edc!! I have the white ones you mentioned and wore them until 4am the first night of edc and just used inserts in them and danced the whole entire night away and my feet didn’t hurt too bad at all at the end of the night! I just definitely recommend sizing up if you are a half size

I have those demonia boots in black. I wore them to a show. They are super cute and amazing for me being short and allowed me to see the stage more. I put inserts in them to make them comfortable but i still ended up with blisters on my ankle and they were extremely difficult to dance in.

I have the white demonia shaker boots :) They are so cute and make your legs look so long! I wore them to edc one day! it was my first time wearing platforms and they were surprisingly comfortable. Definitely not as comfortable as sneakers but not as bad as wearing heels.

I own a pair of Demonia tall platfrom boots and they are personally the most comfortable festival shoe I have ever worn. I wore them to EDC day 3 and I was the most comfortable out of all the days! I actually got them at a Dolls Kill sale in LA for $30 and theyre size 8 which im a 6.5 but I wanted them so bad, the space was the best thing for me since the part that wraps around your leg is so tight, I just wore an extra pair of socks :)

I usually wear my very broken in high top chucks or doc martens to any rave or festival. I highly recommend sole inserts to help with comfort. I would love to wear platforms simply for a boost in height since I’m 5’2 but I’m too afraid because I’m a klutz lol

I have those Demonia strappy holo boots and I love them. First wore them to Darude and have worn them to Imagine. They are comfortable for me but I've been wearing chunky platforms since high school.

I used to wear chunky tall platform shoes to Go-go dance in! I personally wouldn't wear them to a festival in fear of rolling my ankle but I def recommend a boot with adjustable laces. Wearing them snuggly up your leg will provide some ankle support 😉👍

I bought some Demonia 5 inch platforms and wore them to edc. They were super cute and definitely a major statement! But I had to rely on friends to hold me while walking throughout the festival grounds because any small pebble or crack on the ground would cause me to twist my ankle and fall since the platform itself was foam and super light LOL

Got the ankle rain boots delivered yesterday, and they’re great! They are a bit different than the ones you have. Instead of a loop in the back it’s a flat tab, and they may have changed the inner sole manufacturing since you bought yours. It’s very highly rated, but some of the lower rating Amazon reviews complain that the inner sole came loose quickly and this was true with mine. Mine fell out right away, like fresh out of the package. nbd for me because I was planning to remove them anyways to put in my own inserts (I’ve got flat feet 😭). Getting your own inserts would solve that potential issue plus provide more support esp to wear at a festival for anyone looking to get these. Overall they’re very cute and comfortable!

Get the hologram platforms. I have them. Theyre magical. Really comfy too! Invest in white shoe cleaner for the sides. Mine are still looking great Edit: oh im in love with every platform you showed. Gasp

I've been wanting a pair of the light-up sneakers for shuffling, but i wear a size 16, and they are not available in my size... :( i thought about contacting the company to see if they could custom make me a pair. this year @ EDC, the soles of my sneakers collapsed on day two, and my feet were hating it on day three!

I was really hoping you would touch on this. I'm currently using breathable runners with memory foam insoles. The ones I have that work well are not available anymore so I have been testing out a few others, also from Amazon. Haven't had the bestest of luck with the other shoes but decent enough. I own the first Demonia white platforms you showed, and they are not uncomfortable at all! Not gonna lie not the most comfy shoes I own of course. I like to put some shoe insoles and wear thick socks with those and they are much more comfy that way :)

Okay so forgive me if you’ve already done this. I’m new to your channel and have slowly been making my way through your videos lol. If you haven’t yet though you should do a vlog or how-to type of video on how you practice self care right after festivals...I think I remember you said you got a massage after a festival once. If you do anything else for yourself it’d be great to hear your tips!! What made me think of this was I was just wondering how great a pedicure or even just a hot epsom salt bath would feel for your body, especially your feet, after a festival 😂

I have 2 pairs of platforms, one is 3inches, and the other is 7inches. I'm already 5'8 as a woman, and I'm not upset at how tall I am in them, like I'm not scared to be tall, I just don't want to be that person who makes themselves 6'3 and wants to stand up front... I know people would be salty...

Demonia shoes are great. I have a bunch of them from Dolls Kill. All the platform shoes are really comfy HOWEVER i wouldn’t recommend them to shuffle. If you can 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

if you're camping at a festival bring 3+ pairs. seriously, because its really hard to wash mud off your shoes on the site, and the mud will dry on the shoes and cause crazy blisters. I'm actually in favor of wearing strap on sandals in mud, its gross when you're in it, but will rinse off more easily than sneakers when you're out of the mud.
