Gotta love how Dwight found a way to keep his word. The snowball fight was between him and Jim and for the final part, he knew Pam would be by Jim's side, so he set up the prank so that it wouldn't harm her and only affect Jim, just to keep his word of honor. Pam freaked out a little because Jim's paranoia rubbed off on her, but he got the worst of it. Dwight found a way to win without breaking his word of keeping the fight only between them.
