It would've been nice if you mentioned the AA warrior build too, its still very strong, axe, equinox, berserker, quins, shoguns, its still a top tier solo lane build worth mentioning.

Agreed I would say AA warriors are still on top, the gap is just a little smaller now.

I still like prophetic on a lot of my solo builds, its an investment into the later game which isn't always a given but I can usually make that judgment call by the time I am buying the second or third item.

I think tainted is good on Bake Kujira, especially now that his basics can proc it too. Tainted into contagion then prophetic is good in almost every match as bake, especially since contagion ticks help stack prophetic AND proc tainted steel

Sigil is good because it lets u build blackthorn, and have early/mid pressure with blackthorn, and allow you to be super tanky, especially with the broken late game mid adc builds (tablet builds and full pen)

Warriors axe and bluestone allow the same thing with better laning and more damage late game

You can build all storts of items. But if Hi Rez gives you a team with a losing mentality then you just simply can not win.

I know artio is awful in all roles right now but what would a artio solo build look like? Would you recommend tablet on her?

I would say no to the tablet, you might consider gem on her to start but its going to be tough. Probably mystical right into prophetic then glad. Unless you get ahead its going to be a rough game.
