Congratulations to the new owner. It's amazing how fast the class b custom van world has progressed. What was built and sold for over $700k just a few years ago can be had one vans at the $150k-$200k add the leather, better solar, bigger lithium system, real sinks and induction cook tops and a toilet shower combo one might reach $300k. Granted there are still builders who can easily run prices up to the $500k range but like this van on could wait a year or two and buy it for a good 75%+ discount. Once the original buyer realizes it's a half a million dollar dust collector. 😊
