Hola quiero preguntar si para enviar un paquete tienen que abrirlo y revizar lo lleva el paquete. Por que lo lleve a la sucursal de tlalnepantla en avenida de los maestros y una persona de lentes empleado abrio mi paquete que lo llevava serrado, no me gusto eso y quiero saver si es politica de la empresa. Maybe DHL's VP's should spend more time resolving in house problems because companies have supply you are the ones having problems in the chain! Examples of domestic shipping: 1. products that show on their site that have arrived in a city and it takes 5 days deliver them. 2. Their site and email notification says "out for delivery" with a date 3 days in the future. 3. Future deliveries says one day, you refresh and the delivery says another into the next week. 4. Call the company sending items and they are as in the dark as customers. 5. Contacting DHL is a joke and they don't know what is going on either.
