Was there many years ago with family from Ireland. just amazing place.. We weren't allowed to take photographs or videos of the Crown Jewels. ( before mobile phones etc. ) Is that still the case?

I prefer the red uniforms they had before. Did they do away with the red uniforms they had before or is this just another uniform they wear on certain occasions?

they were the red uniforms only on state occasions, like the opening of parliaments or coronations

I was there in 1974 and the lines of people were bad enough. Today it looks like a total disaster! Three million visitors a year...... I think I'll stay home thanks!
