I'm not one that uses chat GPT very often. Coincidentally I do not use Excel very often either. That said GPT is extremely helpful for writing complex formulas in Excel as long as you can articulate exactly what you need in what column and row

Started tracking from day 1, I've found the review of the trades has helped tremendously at seeing the mistakes with a different mindset, I intentionally do it end of day, or next day to be in a clearer head space as well. There is the "that was a good trade", "ahhh there is the trade of the week, it all made sense and came together", to the "need to be more patient (upside/downside) to the complete "🤦‍♂️". This tracker looks interesting, definitely going to take a look. Wrote my own excel spreadsheet, granted I've also been using it for eons. And sharing them is always a cluster eff.

Hi Jared, I often use columns with formulas and I find good to have the header of the those columns with a different colour so I don't mess with them.. just an idea if you can't protect them from being edited..

I prefered the design of the previous version. This one is too modern and rounded :D Anyways, I have yours, but actually still use mostly mine because that's what I'm used to and am efficient with. I have both a swing trading spreadsheet and a daytrading one. I'm still looking at making a option trading one, but I don't know enough about all the different options setups to make it and I barely trade options at all so I would be making it more for other people.
