is there a way to tell when the mace head will drop in the vault boxes? I was trying to time getting one but it kept giving me the next item, or is it completely random to what it shows when the items are spinning?

Dude i just explore some deep cave when I find some random like stone brick pop out of nowhere i think it was a stronghold but when i dig in it's just a tuff block and its a trial chamber and i just go and watch this video cuz im a beginner

They do not !! You can only use a vault once in that profile it can be unlocked I think 200 times don’t quote me from different people

It's unlimited. I'm unsure how long it takes but the trial spawners do reset after a certain amount of time.

The trials are unlimited, however vaults are not so you need new chambers for vaults
