Cory Sandhagen goes weirdly unmentioned in chin conversations. He ate Song Yadong's best shots like cake, only got dropped by Yan with an atomic nuke of a spinning backfist, and then ate headkicks from him in later rounds, didn't get hurt at all against TJ despite getting hit with several hard shots. He also took a ton of shots from John Lineker, criminally underrated chin

Izzy has a good argument for iron chin. The Strickland knockdown was just perfect timing, dricus and Alex literally have bricks for hands straight up god given power. He’s only been cracked and hurt by the hardest hitters aside from strickland’s star alignment event. Good chin makes sense but he’s never been knocked spark out and has come back from taking some huge damage.

Did you see his fight against rakic? Rakic is legitimately a heavyweight and was landing thudding blows directly to the head of of Jiri and Jiri literally ate them snd finished him. Pereira just has different power thats why he was able to chin him.

@ yet every time he gets touched on it he reacts bad or gets dropped… even against jiri both time I was bricking it anytime jiri landed. The guy has elite recover but his chins mid, the recovery just saves him a bunch cos he doesn’t stay rocked or out of it for long. Add in his defence is VERY underrated especially after working with Sean, so we don’t see him get hit often to the head, when he does he never reacts well
