One of my dream houses. Since I'm not really artistic, the interiors look fine to me. I'm also not a fan of having a foyer and auxiliary kitchen. I like that the living space on the ground level is close to the dining area, with no unnecessary empty spaces. I'm just wondering about the half basketball court. I don't know the standard size, but it looks huge-almost as big as the full courts I've seen in some subdivisions. Princess is beautiful, and I love how she tours the house. Her English is also easy for me to understand.

Wow! I'm speechless. Really stunning. Never had d opportunity to livi or own such huge property, though could afford b4. Lost 9 figures) pesos) in biz Manila. Stayed in Tierra Pura Exec Village b4, Tandang Sora. Excellent for big family tho. Love Tagatay's climate but at nite could b very cold esp nite, rainy days. Awesome presentation and lady. Nice house. But if I want to entertain in the main room - like watch sporting events on TV while eating and chatting with guests, there's no way to set it up that way. Can't put a TV anywhere in the main living area. These new "HUGE" houses in the Philippines are like that nowadays. Also, the way to the media room is so narrow and un inviting. Still.. nice house tho
