Its a huge house but not functional. Too many wastage spaces in the ground floor. The second floor is badly designed. The bedrooms did not capture the surrounding views. And I agree from other comments the bedrooms are small.

What I don’t like is it is too close to the next door house. There is not much garden space. I don’t like looking out my window and what I see is my neighbors window. It would be better if the property was extended from the back and right side of the land property and having all those mango trees as part of the garden. I love a house surrounded by fruit bearing trees. Even here sa US I am surrounded by lemon, lime, pear, apple, orange, peach, grape vines, calamansi, and blueberries. I also have a herb garden and lots of orchids. But the house is gorgeous and beautifully made. You are right hindi tinipid when it comes to materials used. It’s just that tinipid sa lot area. Thank you for showcasing the house.

I like this house alot. It's not the typical sterile and tacky post modern/contemporary homes sold in mckinley, wack wack or even forbes. The huge stone slab and the main door alone are already great art pieces on their own. I could stare at that stone slab for hours. Of course, that view from the masters is to die for. Future homeowner is sure lucky.
