It really looks good. But I just don't agree with having 2 kitchens in a luxury apartments or condos. You're not feeding 20 people every single day to have 2 kitchens. They should've just turned the first kitchen by the dining into a bar or a wall water fountain and that'll make it more attractive. Than make the second kitchen more spacious. It's just a waste of space and useless having 2 kitchens. That's just my own opinion... Or maybe the architect still thinks he/she's building it for an actual house and not an apartments nor condos😝🤣🤣😝

Cons: Where do I begin? Here it goes.... 1)Terrible layout as you enter the home. From the carport there is an elevator. Strange. After entering, I was expecting a Living Room , but you immediately arrive to a dining room flanked by a oh-hum kitchen. It looks like an Ikea furniture (cheap furniture store here in the U.S.). Why did they place a AC in the upper cabinet area? Strange location. Also, why have a wall mounted landline phone? Why did the developer install an expensive lighting fixture in the dining area. The future owner probably does not want this type of lighting. 2) Color palette: the wall is a bone color. It makes the interior pale. They should have painted all the walls white. Having white walls opens and makes the space brighter and inviting. 3) Glass walls: Are the glass double-glaze for insulation? So much glass to clean. Why did the designer install wall cabinets? It limits the way the homeowner setup their furniture. Master Bedroom: nice, except the wall of glass panels. The designer should have installed French doors leading to a balcony. The Walk-in closet is a nice feature, but why use glass. So much glass to constantly clean.... Pros: 1) I like the stone wall by the kitchen. Beautiful. 2) Flooring: very nice. 3) Stairs: steps are lit. nice touch.
