@@chrissutton5387you are right one way, but it’s about accuracy try compressing that and hitting the target with a carp rod ! These bait up rods hit the target with accuracy 👍🏻

@@pigeonman73depends on quality of the spod rod. As Mark said not allowed in feeder matches. I use a preston monster extreme distance with the 6 oz tip under 100 and doubles up as a barbel river rod. It’s designed as a feeder rod and it’s spot on and accurate 👍🏻👌🏻

Don’t use the small bomb. They just wont open!!! They are great tools, but you have to use the biggest ones.

A Spod rod is far too heavy actioned. A light carp rod would be more suitable.
