Hi JE nice video again and for the first time NOT by feet.😃 I have seen this Mario go cart processions in Tokyo quite a few times and I like to do this next time being in Japan. It is something unique what you don’t see in the west, completely forbidden, only on circuit. I am always wondering that in an ultra-save and strict Japan with many rules you can ride in a go cart dressed up like Pikachu and drive between the cars on the public road without helmet. Japan is and will always be amazing. Bouncy Miley🥰 (every stop she could not sit calm) with her cute glasses, like Minmiko, was doing great without making any catastrophic accident despite her first drive since 15 years, 😱wow extra.

It looks fun but it was done for the tourists and the actual locals do not care much for it. They find it to be a nuisance to normal traffic. Just as much as facts that cheating is civilly punishable in Japan which can result in public apologies, loss of your job and civil penalties to the government. Prostitution is also illegal even though law enforcement looks the other way but japans PM aims to change that. This country has a lot of self pride which is admirable so if you’re going for the wrong reasons, be warned.

Japan is no amusement park, and operating carts alongside normal traffic is a questionable idea. Plus the locals experience them as a nuisance. I would highly recommend to think it over - is it a good idea to use them?

These carts are BS! They even allow driving people without a proper driving license. Also they cause accidents because their idiotic drivers are using mobile phones during driving, and it annoys the locals. I am really surprised that JE is doing a Video about that. And even Miley and her friend are driving these BS carts. It is very dissapointing to see that.
