Hey there! This video is two separate cameras, one was streaming to twitch and the other was recording. To live stream with multiple cameras you need something like an Atem Mini or Magewell director mini

The issue i found with the DJI Action is that is gets HOT FAST

Yea fortunately when biking there it’s enough airflow to keep it cool. Although I don’t think it heats up as much when streaming vs when recording (not scientifically proven 🤣)

Hi! Would you say a backpack is the only way to live stream sports from the first person? I would love to live stream myself playing ice hockey. The backpack seems a bit iffy. But I also cannot use my phone on the ice. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

If indoors and the building has wifi you may be able to keep just the camera and a battery on you but have the encoder in the stands, for instance. It might be tricky to set up though

Your best bet would be to use an HDMI switch for a multi camera setup. Belabox is really meant for one camera at a time

Can you have more than one camera connecetd to the belabox? Then switch sources on the belabox?

Yes you can, but you have to stop/restart the encoding pipeline to switch sources. It takes about 10sec to do so

I have not so far but it's been cold in Chicago. This weekend is in the 70F range so will be a good test tomorrow. Will let you know if I run into any issues!

I want to use this camera for live streaming via the RTMP option, but KZbin says that in hot countries it turns off due to overheating.

@@Supertylie great question! So far I've had no issues with the camera overheating while either recording or streaming on a ride. I've recorded over an hour of video in 4k30 while attached to my chest in a Smallrig protective case. The temps were between 50-60F that day. Today it was 90F and I've not had issues streaming over RTMP for 2.5hrs with the DJIA2 mounted on my helmet without a case.

It seems streaming isn't as taxing on the CPU and having it exposed to the wind on a bike helps cool it off

DJI sooooo much better than a GoPro. I hate gopro. They we always hard to use and unreliable. But they were the only action cam out there so they had no reason to improve. So thankful for DJI.

Not sure if you already made a video for it, but have you talked about and compared the DJI cameras (pocket 2, action 2, or action 4) and your thoughts on each; pros and cons and why you think action 4 is the best? I just use the Sony action cam but agree with you on feeling constrained by the wires, but not sure what the other cons are for using wireless apart from that (I’m quite a noob and trying to learn).
