GSK is to weak. they need a big buff. Phantoms need a another -5 HP Nerf and thats it. i think we can see a counter part for the cleaners in the 4th Season with the Ghost recon faction. i must say, i like every faction a lot. i am so excited for the next factions for this game. Xdefiant is 🔥

phantoms are definitely not S tier now. Their ultra sucks and sometimes is gimmicky and doesnt fire and kill when you use it and has an awful delay. It also relies on the rest of the team to be around inside of the bubble to cover him to make it useful. The movement speed nerf is definitely there as well as the heal delay. TBH, the heal delay was the big nerf, not the movement or health reduction. Taking longer to heal between fights SUCKS when you are fighting multiple enemies in a good lobby. Highwaymen are definitely S tier potential, but they rely on needing a five kill streak really to feel that benefit. The tactical abilities they have both suck in a good lobby because emp, dedsec hack, any nade easily destroy turrets and m79 is meh. They have the best passive in the game but their ultra is also gimmicky as well. if its not a small map like arena or rockefeller its tough to use the ultra effectively. dedsec is not s tier simply because they rely on the opponent to use their ultra and abilities in order to use theirs. They cant play aggressively with their abilities and use things when they need to, they can only use them when the opponent does. its a gimmick lol. their passive is pretty shitty because tacticals arent that strong and the cool down to replenish is too long. having faster reload and rpm, doing tick damage, staying off mini map, etc are just more powerful then replenishing nades and stuns every now and then. if it had a better cool down itd be better

Ngl the only thing I really agree with here is the highway man part. Dedsec is easily top 3 factions in the game. Not only for pubs but for ranked as well. For my rankings I factored in both settings so people can make a fair assessment on what they should be using. In competitive Phantom is still overpowered, I’m in the top 1% of ranked lobbies trust me lol
