Thanks Jared i agree with that , even if its overcooked its never wasted , i have flopped it previously on the braai and all i did is changed it from a tuna steak to Tuna mayo sandwich... also turned out great way better than tinned tuna you buy in shops which come from mostly Skipjack and longfin tuna

Nice video and beautiful fish but you destroyed it with the cooking. A sandwich press doesn't get nearly hot enough to sear and by doing so you've overcooked that fish as well. Rather use a pan next time.

First time I see a sandwich press being used to fry fish. I agree with the others (for my taste) to use high heat and quick which will also give you some colour on the outside and leave it properly pink to red on the inside....but if you enjoy it that way then it is good.

Thanks yeah i overcooked it in everyone else taste , but i enjoyed it very much and make it that way everytime .

Yellowfin tuna are a fast growing pelagic species which are on the Sassi green list , we were also fishing on a commercial vessel which provide some of the sushi and tuna steaks you get in the shops and restaurants.😀 nothing gets wasted and every fish is wild caught and GMO free
