The worst nightmare of a baby youtuber is that you see "NO" change in your subscribers & views count when you wake up in the morning. It really is painful, when your effort is not recognized. But "REMEMBER".. If you have faith on yourself and your work, you are on the right path. Success will eventually meet you 👏🏻

My only issue rn is that I understand YT needs to understand your audience and I've made consistent videos on a specific type of game niche before for about a year straight and eventually you need to make a change, I want to make videos on games with my mates and stuff but I dont want to have to play the same game over and over again because it gets boring and feels like selling my soul just for some views. I want to do funny moments or challenge videos on a bunch of games but I dont wanna redo the same thing forever
@NeonPanda-mv2me2 жыл бұрын
Also to add that after a certain point say all you do is COD videos you run out of stuff to do or make up stuff like challenges

@BrandonnYT1 Жыл бұрын
This is exactly my problem, i okay a variety of different games because I don’t like the sound of playing the same game over, on top of that it’s not good for the future, eg FIFA, it’s a game that is coming to a end in September, or many other games where there is only so much you can do, im the same as you where I like the idea of playing different games to make different content each time and I feel like that is more interesting
@NeonPanda-mv2me Жыл бұрын
@@BrandonnYT1 After a lot of research Ive found that falling in a sub niche is the best thing to do such as Mods, Funny Moments, Challenges stuff like, so pick one of those ovs do research on each find the best fit for you and just run with it yk then YT knows who to show your videos too etc

I have had my channel for about 3 years, and we are only at 50 Subscribers, we have not had any major changes in our Niche, we make TTRPG live play videos, but we can't seem to get any traction. I have been trying to take things a bit more seriously lately, and I just went through your settings video and got a few tips from there. It’s been a few months since i started my YT channel. I put range of gaming content on my channel because (obviously im a gamer) i play a range of games. The COD example was very insightful, although a gamer like me, like i said before i play a range of games. Im good at multiple if not ALL the games i play so i feel like this is a good problem to have. This is where i probably need to work smart. Im sure someone would say, “why dont you just focus on one game?” Well the answer to that is i cant because i play at least 3 different games a day at my peak performance to ensure i get the best clips & gameplay. Like i previously mentioned i think this is a good problem to have although my channel is growing every so slowly since i started focusing on Shorts content over long form content. Im such a heavy critic on myself so i probably need to structure my days and content so i can focus on one thing at a time. Thank you for this video dude. I’ll be following this formula. Currently sitting at 325 subscribers January 2023.
@Blit-X-TVLive Жыл бұрын
Maybe make a video game series on 1 or 2 long form games & upload them once a week on specific days. In between those days, play whatever else you'd like especially if they're short form games or games that can be completed in one sitting. That way, people interested in the games for the series have a regular time to tune into &/or look forward to & you can see what other possible attention the other games get.

Hi Marcus. Thank you for your videos. Your video about the 21 settings was very informative for me along with this one. I wanted to ask you a question. What "niche's" do you generally see for musicians? I write and perform all of the instruments and vocals to my music along with making the music videos but where I have been struggling is I feel that doesn't necessarily fall under a specific niche. Thanks again for some of the great insight I have gained from your videos I have watched so far.

I have a very specific question and was hoping one of you could help me make a decision. I have two types of content on my channel, both about the same game. However, the guide videos do really well by all metrics and are very well received. Progress update videos do much less numbers, but the people who do watch them seem to like them alright. They leave kind comments on both, but just many, many more on the guides. The retention isn't as good on the progress update videos, but it's not terrible either. Should I continue to make the lesser-performing type of content less frequently, or is it important to axe it altogether?

Well picking a niche in Gaming sector is hard. What if we want to play different games ? Even so, let`s say we pick the RPG Niche. When we finish one RPG(game) we will move to the next one. But i see it very confining to pick only one game and and just do repetitive content about it.
@tiannagames Жыл бұрын
You nice doesn’t just have to be a game or type of game, you niche can be something else that can span across difference games or types. One way for example can be the way that you’re playing the games. Are you doing speedruns, hard challenges, or trying to “break” the game in a way. If you’re known for doing soeedruns of games, you can play many games and what ties them together is your play style. Hopefully that all makes sense
