I do wish it had access to more options not limited by spell slots tbh, or even that it got the third slot a little earlier, but I still like to take the class. The special weapon here feels like it would pair well with paladin for smiting, even more than pact of the blade since it's just a one level dip, which allows to possibly add bard to the mix too.

This is a nice mod. Especially since it has the ability to restore spell slots. With limited spell slots being less of an issue, this is a different playstyle that is pretty interesting

Yes that’s my least favorite thing about the warlock and it’s countered a bit here! And the spells you get with it hit pretty hard!

Siphoning strike works in conjunction with Lifedrinker but it also works on any attack, even with each blast of Eldritch blast Also Hex is upcasted with Umbra Warlock, making it much more useful.

Siphoning strike is so useful. I knew hunger of hadar was upcasted for size but didn't realize hex was too, thats huge

@@JasonDunna I didn't either at first but then when checking through mod to delete again, I saw it in the description and so checked hex again and saw so. I think the Siphon Strike works as a rider as well so it could add multiple times per attack, but would need double checking.

Is this class strong? i am playing with my gf a run that was sort of a challenge, I play with almost no mods but low difficulty and where she just wants to overpower everything with mods (without reaching the point of cheating, for example with mods that give infinite carry weight or infinite money) but at the highest difficulty, and we see who beats the game first... I'm looking for a good class for her, because I found mine already.

I'm confused on how this works. My character has three charges stacked. Yet only one charge is ever consumed. I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong.

@JasonDunna Basically it's between Bardlock or Lockadin right? Thanks Jay! I'm still level 7 so I'll decide when I get the warlock to level 12 and see what goes best with it.

@@redlukex7568 Exactly! Chosing pact of the balde. Sword bard can get 3 attacks if you go 6 bard, paladin gets the 3 attacks and they can smite on them, making it really powerful

Is it redundant to take Pact of the blade with Umbra Warlock? What are the advantages of PotB with this subclass?

I had the same issue as well on my PS5, I turned off all class mods then turned them back on and it seems to have solved the issue.
