Thank you as always for your thorough, prompt, accurate recaps! I appreciate the CC when I have a chance to watch, but I'm usually taking it in podcast-style while I'm on the road for hours working. I enjoy them so much that I've even listened in for shows I never planned/wanted to watch or heard of 😊 I try to make sure to try to like and share and hope to see your sub count grow because you for sure deserve it. The only thing that was a hiccup for me: Victor is likely he/them, definitely not she. There were several parts where I had to re-listen because I was unsure if I missed another person being part of the dialogue.

I love this video I watched it to the end, I finally decided to make a comment that I've been saying this whole time, its because I watched your video it I became aware that after Harlan's outbursts that killed the Umbrella Academy mothers Ben is the only one still alive? The reality is he also shouldn't exist in this timeline! especially as an adult he really should not exist the same way everybody else doesn't exist because he was also born the same way as his siblings in the original timeline.I don't think they actually explain why Ben was able to survive Harlan's attack...but it's a big question that came up as I was watching your video. keep up the good work I love this content!

Harlan never met Ben because Ben was dead in that timeline, so he couldn't "hear" or "feel" the vibrations from Ben the way he could with everyone else (who he met). If you watch the episode again, he tells Viktor that he "felt" Viktor's vibrations in his moment of grief and reached out, only to find massive amounts of terror and pain, which overwhelmed him. Knowing what I know about sensory processing issues that come with autism, he didn't have the ability to target just Vanya. Instead of throwing a fishing line to find her (his perception), he cast a net, which means he was overwhelmed by the amount of vibrations compounding on each other and his own anguish from losing his mother. Harlan actually killed 27 of the women, so Ben had a 1-in-16 chance to be picked up by Reginald, much smaller than the previous 1-in-43 from the original timeline.

All of sparrow academy were born the same way as the umbrella academy, there were 43 children born this way this is said in one of the very first lines of the entire show, harlan only killed tge mothers of the umbrella academy that he met not all 43 mothers and since he never met ben or the other sparrows they were born as per normal

What's crazy is they make Vanya feel 'not special' their whole lives but Luther and Diego also DONT HAVE super powers, Luther's power is some science shit AFTER the moon mission and Diego... is just batman, who famously doesn't have powers. I was thinking he had super agility as opposed to Luther's super strength but he doesn't, he's just a dude!

Luther has had super strength from a young age if you saw the bank scene in season one, and Diego can manipulate the trajectories of objects that are in the air, like he does with his knives and in the finale in season 2, he collected a bunch of bullets in the air and threw them away.

I can see the effort was put in to TRY and say the correct pronouns in the correct timeline of the show, but there is far too many mistakes made. I am not hating on the creator for this, but it should be something that should be fixed. It would be one thing if it happened once, but it happens multiple times in the video.
