I just want you to know, I just ordered my first skateboard, Braille(beginner complete, so I couldn't find it on your website 😟) of course. I am 37yrs and watching you guys with my husband has inspired me to get my own. My husband skated professionally like 20ish years ago. I can't wait until it comes in the mail! Crazy shout out to @Ricky, my husband also has legit shin problems. @Aaron, @J.D., @Chris and @ more you all give me so much inspiration!

It’s been *years* since I watched you guys. I always wanted to skate as a kid but never had a chance to learn, so I slowly shifted my focus to other things (namely, making music haha), but since rediscovering the channel from the Rob Scallon collab, I’ve been hooked all over again, and now officially have a Braille Walmart board and some pads on the way in the mail! Super excited to get started and give it a real try

@@Luke-yv3ne yeah cuz that's what skateboarding needs, local shops competing with walmart. Amazon is just as disgusting but at least local shops can sell through them. Walmart is cancer, but braille can make money with them so mission accomplished right
@milesendebrock3733 жыл бұрын
dumpywhite there aren’t even any skate shops within an hour drive of where I live to my knowledge, and that’s exactly why Braille put a quality beginner board in Walmart, for accessibility. If I had any local shops I would have tried to support them.

Have you guys ever thought about giving us a business side perspective like OCC or Pawnstars? I think it would not only be informational but an inside look at maybe how boards are made and designed, how a daily work schedule looks, just kind of a more in depth version of what it's like behind the scenes?
@brailleskateboarding3 жыл бұрын
Like behind the scenes filming? Or at the warehouse where we fill all the website orders?

@@brailleskateboarding all of the above! Like if you design a new board or have a "this is the plan for the next month/upcoming trip" meeting...obviously blurred out or bleeped on the juicy parts so it doesn't ruin the surprises. Maybe it's just me but I think a look inside the "office/planning" side of things would be a really cool take! Another YT I follow that does this is Googan Squad. All of their individual members(Flair/Jon B/LakeForGuy/APbassing/LunkersTV/Lojo) all have their individual channels with millions of followers but came together to create Googan Squad and have been super successful in the fishing lure business....where on that channel they regularly show more like "shop talk" of them designing/planning/taking trips to events to meet potential business partners....always while censoring what needs to be censored to keep the mystique for upcoming releases. Sorry about the rambling there ...that was just the best example I could think of atm. But all in all I love everything I see and maybe I am just hungry for more content xD
