Mark is young, I love him and more power to him. As a retiree and Im sure I speak for many..I didnt move to Africa to suffer(according to my standards) or go back in time 100 years. 🤷🏾‍♂️... A huge reason why Tanzania hasn't even made my personal visitation list. I'll take Uganda all day, everyday, the whole spectrum of it... We should travel together to The Call to Action conference in Nairobi at the end of the month.

****Mark, when women in Black Africa says: "I love you", it's the equivalent of "I like you" in the West. Remember Black Africans grow up without ever hearing their parents say: " I love you" like parents do in the West. But, they know their parents love them, it just doesn't need to be verbalized.

I once was part of a leadership program here in South Africa and in one of our lectures we were taught….one of the biggest issues is that Americans and Europeans go into Africa wanting to change things for “the better” in a way that reflects the values, traditions, culture and comforts of the West. Simple example “installing irrigation” but not taking consideration of the local tradition of young woman walking miles carrying water and the young men that try to impress and find a mate along that pathway…or teaching a village to fish because they rich in resources not knowing that the culture of that people don’t eat fish for whatever cultural belief etc…point is Africa does not want Americans or Europeans coming in to make and implement changes without consulting and discussing with the local people. Also, (and this may not apply to you gentleman) but most Americans , unbeknownst to them have an arrogant attitude and just come across as if they better than the people of Africa even if it was not their intention- they just too blind to see their arrogance and can’t help themselves

I agree with some of what you said, but it's actually more profitable to be overly positive and smile in every place you visit than to tell hard, uncomfortable truths on youtube. If you look at some of the most popular Black Travel KZbinrs (Wode, Marwa, Jubril, Ace), they almost never give anything but praise to the places they visit. That's much more profitable. You can get more sponsorship deals. Positive content can run any kind of ad. People LOVE when you come to their country and tell them everything is perfect. When you tell people they need to do better or point out anything negative, they get defense and then attack the messenger. I simply can't be that permanently smiling, 'every country is perfect!' type of traveler. Here I aim to give a real and balanced perspective. Thanks for watching

@JayFocused , The only issue i have with young man is IF YOU CAN GO TO HIS VIDEOS which he deleted them all, at first he use to heroic for calling out how African Americans evils are in Tanzania, because he wanted Tanzania clout and then came to find out he was missing PAYPAL , CASH APP donation, so he had to switch to Imitate Tariq nasheed approach because most of african american are emotional especially when they are told ther people are oppressed , the only mistakes he does at the end of his emojis stories he states, that THATS WHY HE RENTED BUILDING BECAUSE HE WANT TO SAVE THE REST OF AFRICAN AMERICANS WHO coming not to run into the evils Tanzania or EVIL Africa, so its almost like approach to shake people emotions so they can book his consultations, my thing is this if you can talk how evils and demons of the place you’re in, Rent from the same Tanzania, protected by the same Tanzania, then run to the internet crush them , for instance When AKON just touched AFRICAN AMERICAN , what happened ? hundreds of Black Americans including OSHEY DUEK JACKSON went on attack mode calling out how AKON musics trash is, GOBlack 2 africa also went on saying AKON scam him, Disapora new channel also , and hundreds of Black american youtubers went to attacking Akon, all was because AKON said what he said, which I felt it was wrong for AKON statement, AFRICAN AMERICANS are millions of people with different habits. He was wrong , and I symphasyze with many BLACK AMERICANs on that one, So to me its double standards , MARK stories doesnt add up example he said Migration officer punched woman on a chest doesnt even make sense to you? Then wife dies while husband arrested, He make as if Tanzanians are there hunting for Black americans, why is that him only has these emojies stories, even if lets assume the lady insult an officer but no way he would punch on chest, you should check UHURU COMMUNITY CENTRE, T3&ME, BLACK PANTHERS in Arusha, SON OF JACKIE ROBINSON arrive in TZ since 1980 till now , what mark meets africa tries to do , UHURU COMMUNITY CENTRE , are black americans who own college in Tanzania did already , no person with the right can invest on this young man project , he play ANGELIC ROLE then CALL OTHER PEOPLE evil, his first videos was attacking Black americans daily, he deleted them all then he switch on attacking Tanzania, He learnt that fro TAREEQ NASHEED, millions of Muzungu are flowing to TZ daily, i never seen Muzungu, Japanese, or Black americans retiree, of someone with constant cash flow of source of income. If you know how to Logics works you can see the patterns you can see many contradictions.

I wish you would have come to Kenya first, we would have told you Tanzania still has insecurities about outsiders, especially us Kenyans. Tanzania is still coming of age and hasn't found it's identity, it used to be a Marxist state, after resisting German colonization, so they view foreigners as coming in with entitlement and there to take their land, women, food and compromise their security.
