The Undefeated "Phattest Bastard" Burger Challenge

After a lovely visit to Derry, Randy and I headed via train to Portadown, Northern Ireland to a place called Roadhouse Take Away to take on their Undefeated Phattest Bastard Burger Challenge. Brave and hungry diners have just 30 minutes to finish a burger piled high with:
4 half-pound burger patties, 8 strips of bacon, 4 potato scallops, a massive fried chicken breast fillet, 2 bratwurst sausages, 8 slices of cheese and 4 large onion rings. Winners earn their £30 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Roadhouse Take Away's Wall of Fame!

She is very, very, very fit. Exercise and training are essential. Also Steel Rod Radim an old friend to The Food Challenges team and toured with both Randy and Mitch on their European tour. That man also crazy skinny looking but can pack away the food.

A scallop is a thick slice of potato, that is battered and fried. Quite different to a hash brown. Pretty tasty but in my experience quite oily too.
