I will say one thing I have been having a lot of luck on as of recent and also really enjoy throwing the 6th sense line through jig heads with a swimbait of your choice is awesome . I just paired it up with the 6th sense swimbait but you can use whatever you like . I thought it was gimmicky when I saw it but it’s actually awesome

That's what the scupper holes are there for, to drain out the kayak lol. I always have the ones in front of my feet out while I'm fishing

Not new, but a good underspin. The Dirty Jigs Tactical underspin has a little bit longer of a wire on the blade - I get bit more on it, but I get these northland underspins at a local store instead of having to order the Dirty jigs, they get bit about just as well, they’re almost identical both with the guppie head.. the DIrty jigs one just has gotten me some more fish and you can chose between a few different hook sizes if I’m not mistaken, there’s a mini and a original, I stick with a 3/8 and 1/4. They do catch bass if all species that’s a fact. I like a 4” swammer on the back they hold up well and are inexpensive and get slurped

I think your seat is a little too close to the pedal drive, Debo. Unless you're way taller than me lol. I have a Slayer Max 12 and my legs never look cramped like that. Also I only ever take out 1 pair of scupper plugs to minimize the puddle.

Underspins are great but most of them are just to expensive at $7 a piece. Luckily gamakatsu came out with their underspins and minis and they are the only ones I'll buy now. Also I think the mgl is a size 70 reel not a 150
