The Unexpected Emergent Gameplay in Star Citizen is Special

For me, the most fun thing to do in Star citizen is to try and see if it's possible to make a ship feel like home. We are a few updates away from having bases we can build on planets so for now I have to settle for stuffing things into our cargo hold. Today I'm flying the Crusader C1 Spirit. I try to do some bounty and treasure hunting.

So, just as an FYI: It does seem that some folks just have way fewer issues than others, and likely this is true - just some rigs better handling SC than others. But most streamers will also occasionally upload the blooper real of all the various bugs and crashes encountered while trying to do these machinima films in Star Citizen. Persistence and/or *stubbornness* are the usual difference between us, the Average Gamer, and them, the streamer or content creator :D

Why don’t the NPC’s react to getting shot in this game? I know it’s unfinished, but that feels like a fairly simple thing to implement ?

They shoot back. It just fully relies on server performance. Their server system is bad right now but they’re planning on completely replacing it soon.

14:50 i really hate useless UI. it's a pain to look at. an eyesore. as someone who plays way too much video games, UI is the object of a disproportionate large amount of my entire beings hatred. why is there a name and distance marker on the ship? what's its utility? why do we need floating text in that situation? it's like a game dev just walks into the room, looks at a loved and cared for beautiful flower, pulls his pants down and just craps all over it.
